Last updated: October 12, 2026

Use the service only for lawful transfers, storage, communication and tool operations you are authorized to perform. These rules cover guests, accounts, links, file requests, groups, chats and tool inputs/outputs.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, unlawful intimate content and other illegal material.
  • Malware, phishing, stolen credentials, scams and attempts to compromise people or systems.
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized software/media distribution.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse or unlawfully sharing private personal information.
  • Spam, deceptive receipts, impersonation and unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Bypassing authentication, passwords, quotas, expiry, rate limits or isolation; denial-of-service and automated misuse.

2. Your responsibility

Keep evidence of relevant permissions and rights. Use contacts responsibly. Recipients must use downloaded content lawfully. An unlisted link is not permission to infringe rights; a paid plan is not permission to bypass controls.

3. Abuse and copyright reports

Report through info@bigfilesharing.com or our contact form with the relevant service URL or identifier, clear explanation, contact details and supporting evidence. Copyright reports should identify the protected work, disputed location, ownership or authority, and a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized. Do not unnecessarily send harmful material or credentials.

We may request clarification or legally required details. We do not claim the support address is a registered statutory copyright agent. False reports can violate law. For immediate danger contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.

4. Enforcement and review

We may restrict links, remove content, limit accounts or suspend access to address abuse, fraud, security or legal duties. Relevant evidence may be preserved for lawful requests. Notice and disclosure may be limited by law or safety.

To dispute a restriction, provide its reference and supporting explanation. No fixed investigation deadline or restoration of deleted data is promised. Billing issues remain subject to Refund & Cancellation and mandatory rights.
