Big File Sharing provides transfers, account storage, communication and tools. These practical limitations do not override mandatory guarantees, the Terms or rights that cannot be excluded.

1. Availability and file loss

Transfers depend on connections, recipients, infrastructure and providers. Temporary data expires; saved data remains subject to account and plan conditions. Recovery after expiry, deletion or storage failure is not guaranteed. Keep independent backups; this service is not a disaster-recovery guarantee.

2. Security and sharing

HTTPS protects transit, but private links and passwords are not end-to-end encryption. Files must be processed or stored to provide the service. Recipients may copy or forward downloads. A security description or generated password does not make sharing risk-free.

3. Tool output

Tools have format, size and quality limits. Successful processing does not guarantee preserved layout, fidelity, accessibility or metadata. Complex or damaged inputs can produce incomplete output. Verify results before regulated, financial or legal use.

4. Articles and external services

Guides and comparisons provide general information, not professional legal, medical, financial or security advice. Third-party limits and terms change. Check current provider information before purchasing or sending important data.

5. Advertising and affiliates

Google AdSense, configured advertisements and affiliate links may support the service. Display does not constitute endorsement or warranty of claims. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Disclosed affiliate links may generate compensation without affecting ownership of uploads.

6. Reports and mandatory rights

Report defects, billing errors or misleading statements to info@bigfilesharing.com or our contact form. Permitted liability limitations are described in the Terms. Nothing here excludes statutory remedies or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
